SHIPPING & RETURNS

[Shipping times]                     

   Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Once processed, please allow 2-3 business days within NSW and up to 7 days interstate Australia. Express post within Australia is approximately 1-3 business days. USA, UK, Canada, NZ and select EU countries can take up to 2 weeks.

   All orders are delivered with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the items. Australia post is liable for any damage or lost items. In this case, please email us at mothermedicina@gmail.com

[International shipping]        

   Yes, we currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, the US, the UK, Canada and select EU countries. Keep in mind that international shipping times and costs will vary.

  Please be aware that duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply.

[Returns & exchanges]         

   We will accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 14 days of receiving. All items must be in their original packaging, unused. Skincare products cannot be returned if open or used due to hygiene reasons. Please note that items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return.

[Faulty / Incorrect items]
