OUR STORY
Mother Medicina began during my first pregnancy, while stMedicinaatural medicine and beginning my own journey of healing. At the time i was searching for a deeper understanding of health— one that looked beyond symptoms and toward the body’s innate ability to restore balance.
Plant medicine became a powerful teacher for me. Through herbs, nourishment and a slower connection to nature, i experienced a profound shift in my wellbeing.
Mother Medicina was born from a desire to share this wisdom— particularly with mother's navigating the demanding and beautiful seasons of life.
